BEHAVIOR CONTRACT

Tiger Mountain Community High School

I ______________   agree to the following contract in order to participate in the day program at Tiger Mountain Community High School.

 I will:

1)    Follow the established attendance policy for TMCHS.

2)    Successfully complete our Orientation Class.

3)    Participate appropriately  in class discussions and/or activities.

4)    Complete assignments & projects in order to pass classes during each curriculum unit.

5)    Present a POSITIVE attitude—treat others with respect, refrain from negative comments, swearing, wearing gang attire and expressing  any gang affiliation .

I agree that I will follow ALL aspects of the above behavior contract.
