![]() Bettina Gehle I have lived most of my life in Germany. I completed my Master’s Degree in Education in a small town, Goetting, majoring in Business and Physical Education. Before I moved to the United States I taught business, English as a second language, physical education, and computer application classes at a technical college for 4 years in Hannover (north Germany). I was also raised in a very sports oriented family, I played tennis professionally and hold a down hill ski instructor license. This is my sixth year in the Issaquah School District. I started with teaching Sports Medicine part-time at Liberty High School in 2001 and at the same time I became the girls' assistant tennis coach at Skyline High School. In 2002, I began teaching classes for Tiger Mountain and became the Head Coach for both the boys' and girls' tennis teams at Skyline High School. Beside my great love for tennis and skiing, I spend lots of time with my Golden Retriever, Skye.
