Course Objectives

Materials needed
bulletTextbooks and Workbooks: Photoshop 5.5, Adobe and Illustrator 9.0, Adobe
bulletNotebook paper and pencil/pen. All assignments and notes should be kept in a folder/binder for review.
bulletHaving a Zip disc is beneficial for the classroom work (back up).

Classroom Policies and Ethical Behavior

Courtesy and respect for everyone is expected. Behavior that interrupts, distracts, or inhibits learning is not acceptable.

Everyone is expected to cooperate with each other.

Hall passes are given only for reasonable requests. Students can request a hall pass 4 times per semester.

Unethical behavior or cheating will be treated seriously; the teacher reserves the right to remove the class credit for the student.

Keep your work area neat and clean. Pick up litter from floor before leaving the classroom.

Bring note-taking materials every day. Take notes which you are expected to remember and use what you learn.

NO FOOD OR DRINK in the classroom. WATER is allowed.

DO NOT write or deface books, equipments such computer, and furniture in any way. In case of vandalism of equipment, the teacher reserves the right to remove the class credit for the student.

The student is responsible for the technical equipment (such as digital camera, tripod etc.) while it is in his/her possession. Student will be expected to replace or repair the technical equipment if needed.

All regulations and policies stated in the computer lab and student handbook are effected in this class.
